Indian Institute of Laparoscopic Surgery (IILS): The Premier Training Center for Laparoscopic Procedures
Welcome to the Indian Institute of Laparoscopic Surgery (IILS), a premier training center established in 1996 to provide hands-on education in laparoscopic procedures to aspiring surgeons. IILS is accredited by the Indian Association of Gastro Intestinal Endo Surgeons (IAGES) and other prestigious medical colleges and associations in India, and is recognized globally for delivering high-quality training in laparoscopic procedures.
Over the past 16 years, IILS has successfully trained over 2,650 surgeons in the art of laparoscopy, including General Surgeons, Gastroenterologists, Paediatric Surgeons, Cardio-Thoracic Surgeons, Gynecologists, and Urologists from India and abroad. Spearheaded by Dr. V. Venkatesh, the launch of the world's first 3D Laparoscopic Centre in Coimbatore is another remarkable achievement for IILS and the healthcare industry.
